Terms of Service
The agreement between you and Wrapit for using the app. We've tried to write this in plain English so you don't need a lawyer to understand it. Where legal language was necessary, we explain what it means.

01Who we are
Wrapit ("we," "us," "our") is a software product operated by Leipom Devi Himika, an individual based in Bangladesh. Wrapit is provided as a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) product accessible at wrapit.pro and the app at app.wrapit.pro.
You can contact us at hello@wrapit.pro for anything related to these terms.
02Accepting these terms
By creating an account, connecting a workspace, or otherwise using Wrapit, you agree to these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and our Refund Policy. If you're using Wrapit on behalf of a company or team, you confirm that you have authority to bind that entity to these terms.
If you don't agree to any part of these terms, don't use Wrapit.
03Accounts & access
Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to use Wrapit. If you're between 13 and 16, you can only use Wrapit under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these terms.
Account security
You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. If you suspect unauthorized access, tell us immediately at hello@wrapit.pro and we'll help you regain control of the account.
We recommend using a strong, unique password and enabling any additional security features we offer.
One account, one person
Each user needs their own account. Sharing accounts violates these terms and defeats how Wrapit tracks work.
Workspaces & roles
Wrapit has two roles: Manager (owns the workspace, pays for the subscription) and Doer (a worker who replies to daily wraps). Doers are always free; managers pay per workspace per month based on the plan they choose.
04What you can and can't do
What you can do
- Use Wrapit for its intended purpose: managing your team's daily wraps + EOD summaries
- Invite unlimited workers (subject to the seat limit of your plan)
- Export your data at any time from Settings
- Connect third-party tools you have authority over (ClickUp, Slack, Monday, etc.)
- Cancel your subscription at any time
What you can't do
- Use Wrapit to violate any law, regulation, or third-party right
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of Wrapit
- Access Wrapit through automated means (scrapers, bots, unofficial API clients) except through channels we officially provide
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, workspaces, or data belonging to other users
- Upload content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, or infringes anyone else's rights
- Use Wrapit to send spam, run malware, or harm others
- Resell, sublicense, or white-label Wrapit without our written permission
- Impersonate another person or organization
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules — see Section 11.
05Your content & data
You own it
You keep full ownership of everything you put into Wrapit — wrap replies, uploaded docs, project data, team member details, all of it. We claim no ownership over your content.
Limited license to us
To operate the service, we need permission to store, transmit, display, and process your content on your behalf. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to do exactly that — and nothing else. This license ends when you delete your content or account.
We don't sell your data
We do not sell your content, personal data, or usage data to third parties. We do not use it to train AI models. We use it only to run Wrapit and to communicate with you about your account.
The trust contract
Wrapit is designed around a specific trust model: raw wraps are private to the manager, team-visible summaries are sanitized, and workers can review + correct extracted content before it locks. Full details on the Trust page.
Backups & retention
We keep backups for up to 30 days for disaster recovery. After you delete your account or workspace, we permanently remove your data within 14 days (grace period) plus 30 days (backup rotation) — 44 days total maximum.
06Third-party integrations
Wrapit connects to third-party tools — ClickUp, Slack, Monday, Sentry, Vercel, and others. When you connect one of these, you authorize Wrapit to read specific data from that tool on your behalf.
Wrapit is not responsible for the operation, availability, security, or terms of service of these third-party tools. Your relationship with each third-party provider is governed by their terms.
If a third-party tool changes its API, restricts our access, or shuts down, features that depend on it may stop working. We'll try to warn you and provide alternatives, but we can't guarantee ongoing compatibility.
07Subscriptions & billing
Merchant of record
All Wrapit subscriptions are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record. When you subscribe, you are entering into a purchase agreement with Paddle for the amount shown at checkout. Paddle handles all invoicing, tax, and payment processing on our behalf.
Plans & pricing
Current plans and prices are shown at Settings → Billing. Prices exclude applicable taxes and duties, which Paddle calculates and collects based on your location.
Billing cycle
Subscriptions renew automatically each month (or annually, if you chose annual billing) unless canceled. You'll be charged on your renewal date. Your payment method on file is charged automatically.
Failed payments
If a payment fails, Paddle will retry over several days. If all retries fail, your subscription enters a past-due state — you retain access briefly, then the plan downgrades to Free. To restore your subscription, update your payment method in the billing portal.
Plan changes
You can upgrade or downgrade at any time from Settings. Upgrades take effect immediately (with prorated charge). Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period.
08Trials
New subscriptions may include a free trial period (currently 30 days for all paid plans). During the trial, you have full access to the plan's features. Your payment method may be collected up front but is not charged until the trial ends.
You can cancel any time during the trial and you won't be charged. If you cancel after the trial, standard refund rules apply — see Section 9.
We may modify or discontinue trial offerings at any time.
09Refunds
Full details are in our Refund Policy. In short:
- Full refund on first paid month if you request within 14 days.
- Renewals are non-refundable unless the service was materially unavailable.
- All refunds are processed by Paddle (typically 5–10 business days).
10Cancellation & termination
You can cancel your subscription at any time from Settings → Billing → Manage billing. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not immediately remove access — you keep your paid plan until the current billing period ends.
Once the billing period ends, your workspace automatically downgrades to Free.
Account deletion
To fully delete your account: Settings → Data → Delete my account. This starts a 14-day grace period, then all your data is permanently erased. You can cancel the deletion during the grace window.
Workspace deletion
Workspace owners can schedule workspace deletion the same way. All members lose access after the grace period. Members can export their personal data first.
11Suspension
We may suspend or terminate your account without notice if:
- You violate these terms (Section 4)
- Your payment fails and remains unresolved past the grace period
- We believe your use poses a security or legal risk to us or other users
- We are legally required to (e.g. court order)
Where possible, we'll notify you first and give you a chance to fix the issue. If we suspend you and you disagree with the reason, contact us at hello@wrapit.pro.
12Availability & changes
We aim for high uptime but cannot guarantee 100%. Scheduled maintenance, third-party outages (Supabase, OpenAI, Paddle, etc.), and unforeseen incidents may cause temporary downtime.
We may add, remove, or change features at any time. If we make a material change that reduces functionality for paid customers, we'll notify you in advance and — where feasible — provide a transition period.
13Intellectual property
Wrapit — the software, brand, logos, wordmarks, design, and all associated intellectual property — is owned by us. You get a limited, revocable, non-exclusive right to use the service under these terms. You do not get any ownership rights in Wrapit itself.
You may not use Wrapit's brand or trademarks without our written permission, except to accurately identify your use of the service (e.g. "we use Wrapit for daily wraps").
14Warranties
Wrapit is provided "as is" and "as available". We do our best to make it useful and reliable, but we can't promise it will:
- Meet every specific business need
- Be uninterrupted, error-free, or perfectly accurate
- Correctly interpret every wrap reply (AI is imperfect)
- Remain compatible with every third-party tool forever
To the maximum extent allowed by law, we disclaim all implied warranties — including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
15Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to Wrapit is limited to the total amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. If you're on the Free plan, our liability is limited to $50.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages — including lost profits, lost data, lost business opportunities, or reputational harm — even if we were warned such damages were possible.
This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory (contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise).
16Indemnification
You agree to defend and indemnify Wrapit against any third-party claim that arises from your use of the service in violation of these terms, applicable law, or someone else's rights. This includes reasonable legal costs.
This section survives termination of your account.
17Governing law & disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any dispute arising out of or related to these terms will first be attempted to be resolved informally by contacting us at hello@wrapit.pro. If informal resolution fails, the dispute will be resolved in the competent courts of Bangladesh.
Nothing in this section limits your right to bring a payment dispute through Paddle's chargeback process, which remains available to you.
18Changes to these terms
We may update these terms occasionally. If we make a material change, we'll notify active users by email at least 14 days before the change takes effect. Non-material changes (typo fixes, clarifications) take effect immediately.
Continued use of Wrapit after a change means you accept the new terms. If you don't agree, cancel your subscription and delete your account before the effective date.
Previous versions of these terms are available on request.
